Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on product availability, carrier schedules, and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. The sender name appearing on your package or shipping label may not reference the nature of the products purchased.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Haute Pleasures is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Haute Pleasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly and file any necessary claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hautepleasures.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Haute Pleasures is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
