Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hautepleasures.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any concerns directly.
